Gpu upgrade in hackintosh

I have a hp elitedesk 800 g1 usdt running Monterey perfectly. So of course im going to mess with it lol. It uses laptop ram and mxm gpu card. I’m not running anything right now I am using the onboard Intel graphics. But I have a 2gb mxm gpu. When I put it in the machine won’t even boot I just got a black screen as if it’s got bad ram in it or something I just bought the card so I assume it works on windows, regardless, does anybody know of a card that I could use in a hackintosh For an upgrade? If I have to go with an external card, what are the recommended GPU cards normally? Is it possible to flash an MXM card to work with Mac? I don’t remember exactly which card it is besides it being Hp and 2gb and has no heatsink! Lol. Here are some pics of what I’m dealing with. Also, if anybody else has any upgrade ideas regardless of what they’re about please let me know if that’s what I’m looking to do. Thanks guys, you guys are so great and helpful!
