What’s working: wifi, bluetooth, sound, airdrop, ethernet, USBs, camera, sleep, wake, restart, shutdown, software update, iCloud, XMP, Asus OC, Fast Boot, Asus Extreme Tuning, Intel Virtualization, Hyperthreading. I am running the same Bios User profile as I would for Windows.
What isn't working: FaceTime, I had never, ever, used it, but i tried, and it just spins on the login with the Apple ID login screen. My Asus ThunderboltEx 4 Expansion Card, but I have no Thunderbolt devices to connect to it, so it may or may not work, when a device is connected, I do not know. My Headphones that use a line splitter don’t work I think.
Of special note: I am using a Sylvania LCD TV, with three HDMI inputs, but I can only get output to it from the RX 570 if it is in mirror mode with two outputs from the GPU to two different HDMI ports of the TV, one is a Displayport to HDMI cable, to the TV and the other is a Displayport to HDMI adapter to HDMI to HDMI cable, to the TV. This has to do with the resolution I receive from the mirroring mode.

I used all updated drivers and kexts of Opencore version 0.9.8.
I am using a single M.2 NVMe Gen 3 SSD that i split into a windows volume, and this macOS volume. I tried making an EFI partition of the macOS volume to mount and to insert my USB Boot EFI folder into, but it did not work, will have to research further, so still using USB Opencore bootpicker.
To initially install macOS, I had to use a VGA monitor to see the macOS Recovery and drive install section using an HDMI to VGA adapter to VGA cable to VGA monitor, because I had not figured out how to output to the LCD TV, just yet.
This system is so very fast and responsive, and boots in 20 seconds. Video of Boot Time
