 | So i got this hp notebook 15 dy that is an i7 10th gen ice lake with iris plus graphics, 16gb ram Kingston nv2 disk that I'm trying to install Ventura. After a few problems I was able to boot the installer and installed ventura, without my trackpad ,sound,Bluetooth or wifi. I know wifi card is not compatible I currently have an rtL8821CE, and found a couple of intel cards, but the laptop wont seem to be compatible with them. Windows detects them but they won't simply work. Both cards work just fine on another laptop, so I know is not the cards. And the current rtL8821CE works just fine on windows, so I know the laptop ain't damaged. Anyway, ill try to get another wifi card to see if I can use it. Another issue I have right know is my trackpad. Even though I've see it as an elan trackpad on windows, I cant seem to get it to work with the kext I'm using. Searching for help lead to a lot of information but non seems to help. I wonder if someone can please help me with that. So first things first, can someone help me figure out, what kext do I need to get my trackpad working please. As you can see in the pictures, both said they are elan and they are i2c hid.
