Currently, I'm working on the sleep/wake as listed under the opencore post install guide, but afterwards have no plans on updating/fixing anything else as it is booting quickly and operating very well. I was a little skeptical on the dual boot but it was a pretty straightforward process. If anyone who reads this is looking to dual boot I would have rather partitioned a windows Hard drive for macOS and then installed macOS onto the new partition versus vice versa, but it works! Originally, I selected the components for this build about 4 years ago (GPU was almost 2 years ago) for Audio Production. The install went fairly smooth and I'm pleased with how everything turned out. I may end up trying to create a USB installer for macOS Sonoma or Ventura and testing on a separate drive to see how everything goes with those versions of macOS. I have tried macOS Monterey but I feel Big Sur works better with my system components. Any advice, tips, or things I may have missed please feel free to let me know. I'll try and get some pictures up ASAP. Thanks Y'all.
