I finally got a working Ventura. However, I had to install Windows again out of necessity. Unfortunately, I don't have a spare drive lying around. Then, I tried installing Ventura again using the same boot usb, but after that whole verbose messages, it simply reboots and all I get is a No Signal message on my monitor. I cleared the NVRAM and got a Memory panic message. I even went ahead and regenerated the SMBIOS.
BIOS settings similar to when I had the previous success. No hardware changes except I recently installed a new nvme drive. Could this be the reason? Any help or advice is appreciated.
Motherboard is Asrock B450 Steel Legend with Ryzen 5 3600, Rx460 card. Reseating the nvme is a pain in the butt so I haven't actually tried it again without it.
