OpenCore stuck during install

Looking for some help getting past a point during install.

After I select the boot option, the installer runs for a few mins then black screens after displaying line

-> busy timeout[1], (240s): 'AppleACPICPU' (1e,4020001)

then black screens after displaying

-> (system) <Warning>: failed lookup: name = com.apple.logd, flags = 0x9, requester = displaypolicyd[388], error = 3: No such process

Granted this is my first real time trying to get a Hackintosh to work, I had admittedly followed youtube videos originally but changed over to just following the guide. And at this point I have created several variations of the EFI plist, with the latest one getting me to the previously mentioned line.

I am running a 10400, on an MSI B560I Motherboard with 16GB RAM (XMP not enabled) and a WD Blue 1TB NVMe and am trying to install Ventura.

I followed the guide exactly and tried adding or removing kexts or ACPIs when I ran into issues. I have also looked up solutions to my current problem but all forums I have come across, have the OP have come back and said that they have fixed the issue and when people ask what they did there is little to no response/explanation.

Any help is greatly appreciated, also I want to reiterate that I have followed the guide and NOT a youtube video to get to this point, so please don't bash me in your replies.
