OCLP desktop app is missing!

Although I've installed OCLP on a few MacBook Pro 9,2 (2012) computers AND on a couple of iMacs (12,2 and one other), I've recently been having problems with post installation. I'm afraid that using two different OCLP USB installers, first of all I found that macOS Monterey on an iMac 12,2 (2011?) didn't recognise the WiFi and no OCLP desktop app had been installed! I'm planning to install macOS Ventura on there, hoping that will sort out both those problems.

Unfortunately, I've just installed macOS Ventura with OCLP on my latest MacBook Pro 9,2 (mid 2012) with a brand new SSD, but although the WiFi is supported the installer hasn't installed the familiar OCLP desktop app which does the post installation!

What this means so far is that my graphics chip set isn't patched, the display under About This Mac says "Graphics Display 3Mb", the Display is "Unknown" and my windows are taking several seconds to minimise. Apart from this, Safari sometimes displays a blank screen in a window, but Chrome is working better than this.

Please can someone tell me how I can install the OCLP app which can make USB installers and do the Post Installation patches, although the USB installer stick has failed to do this?
