Nothing shows inside ESP when mounted (trying to make GTX 1060 6GB work) and when the pendrive is removed I can't boot MacOS anymore

I've normally installed MacOS Sonoma and I got to the part that you try to make the GPU work inside MacOS. I ran OCAuxiliaryTools and OpenCore Patcher (or smth) and in OCAuxiliaryTools I Mounted the ESP, worked fine, drive appeared and I mounted it, but once I open it, nothing shows inside the folder, and when I removed my pendrive that had OpenCore on it, I can't boot on my MacOS anymore, can anyone help me? I have a i5-8400 and 16 Gb of memory btw
