No input detected for Ventura installer

When I run OpenCore and boot from my USB I end up getting the Apple loading screen for about 30 seconds and then I get the no input error screen, followed with a link for support.apple.com/macsetup

Not sure what I'm missing in my EFI and I'd appreciate any pointers ^^
