MacBook Air 2017 : Wifi Issue

Hello, I have a problem on my MacBook Air 2017 since I updated to MacOS Sonoma (with OCLP)

I can't connect to my personal hotspot on my iPhone, even though I'm able to connect to regular wifi

I tried everything, including reset settings but it doesn't seem to change.

If you have any suggestions please let me know
