Internal hard drive not showing up in Disk Utility

I went through all the OpenCore steps, and got successes on the files, after booting into macOS Recovery, I went to Disk Utility (like you would normally do), but my internal hard drive (the one I used with Windows) doesn't appear.

I tried clicking View > Show All Drives, but it still doesn't appear after that.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how I can fix it? I spent about 2 months working on my Hackintosh and this is as far as I've ever gotten.
