Installing MacOS Ventura on an external SSD connected via USB.

Hello. I have a 21.5-inch, Late 2012 iMac. MacOS Catalina is the latest official version of the operating system it supports. It has a 1TB internal hard drive and an external SSD connected via USB to which I installed MacOS Catalina. I haven't installed the SSD internally in the iMac because Apple authorized service centers won't service it as it's considered "obsolete" according to Apple's policies. I have never opened an iMac, and I am afraid of damaging it, so I'm waiting to order adhesive strips for the screen from Amazon and waiting for my brother to help with the internal SSD installation. But it works very well for me, booting the system externally from the SSD, and it's very fast.

I tried to install MacOS Ventura with Open Core Legacy Patcher on that external SSD, but the problem that arose is that on the first reboot, to continue the installation, it doesn't proceed automatically. All disk drives, including the USB memory stick installation drive and the EFI partition, are displayed. However, it is no longer possible to continue the installation. Any ideas on how to solve this so that the installation continues normally after the first boot? If I install MacOS Catalina on the external SSD, the installation continues after the first boot. But not with Ventura. Thank you for your help =)
