Installer keeps rebooting: "service exited due to sigkill"

Before the installer gets to finish the computer reboots with the message "service exited due to sigkill", and then starts over all again.

I'm (trying to) install latest Big Sur via an installer made in macOS from Appstore donwload. EFI-folder added while on Windows.

OpenCore: Dunno

EFI-folder: https://www.mediafire.com/file/hto5gyuzo8algt3/EFI.rar/file

MB: ASUS PRIME A320M-K

CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 1600 6 Core (Not overclocked)

GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Nitro+ 8GB

Install disk: 128GB Kingston 3.0 USB (AFPS/GUID)

RAM: Dual Channel DDR4 16GB 3200MHz (not overclocked though)

Wifi: TP-LINK Archer T4U

I've been pretty meticulous about the EFI-folder (or so I think at least..) and all components are the latest versions (per yesterday; april 17). The SSDTs is so far just the prebuilt ones. My plan is to optimize them later, during post-install.

I read somewhere that Big Sur requires real native NVRAM. Might that be the issue? And is there a way around it in that case?

Any piece of advice or just a pointer in the right direction would be much appreciated! :)
