iMessage and Facetime works but not iCloud

I am currently running Sonoma 14.2.1. Followed dortania's guide for iservices fix. But iCloud doesn't work for me.

Weird thing is: iMessage, Facetime, appstore etc. work just fine.

I press on \"Open Apple ID Settings\"

Takes me to a blank screen ^

Any help is appreciated
