This is a HP Laptop 10th gen i7-1065G7 WIP.
I'm getting gradient banding. I seem to have full 24-bit color, so I'd be good to shrug it off, except every time a menu or window wants to be transparent, I'm reminded of with concentric halos instead of full fuzziness. I confirmed in Windows that green has slight banding, but it's full gradients in all RGB spectrums otherwise. In macOS, the banding is obvious in all three RBG test strips.
Has anyone had the same problem or available to refute with similar hardware? A cursory search only brings up results for issues with "no graphics acceleration 7MB VRAM" and nothing for banding while the iGPU has 1.5GB VRAM.
On a side note, I was going to test it with iPad Sidecar and AppleTV, but it seems not to work. That's another challenge for the weekend.
