HP Envy Kaby Lake can't upgrade to Ventura

I have laptop specs i7-7500U with HD620 igpu and have rebuilr my EFI twice. Even i also unlocked CFG Lock. Still I am getting this error. I put close focused on the documentation, rebuilt my USB map.kext still no success to upgrade. I tried reinstalling Monteray coz I was thinking my laptop's hardware is broken but I was able to install it again. But when i try to upgrade to Ventura or Sonoma, i always get this error. Can someone enlighten me on this?
