I was give a HP 14dk1025w (Ryzen 3250u, 4GB) laptop a while back that's just been sitting around since then. I decided to try turning it into a hackintosh once I had a spare SSD (from a Mini I was working on).
I went through the Dortonia guide and got macos Ventura installer to boot and install. Sadly, the macOS installation won't run, though. It pretty much stops at "iokit stall, iGPU" error. Nothing will happen for several minutes and it will repeat the same error not making any seeming progress.
I had it setup with a MacPro7,1 smbios but have since switched to a imac20,2. The only thing different is the screen goes black and it reboots.
The BIOS on this HP is fairly limited. I had to use https://github.com/DavidS95/Smokeless_UMAF to increase the vram allocation to the igpu, I assume this is working, of course. So, it should be meeting all the prerequisites for NootedRed. Removing NootedRed does cause it to show the Apple logo for a moment and some progress on the progress bar but it just restarts after the screen goes black.
Its just a single 4gb dimm, but I plan to up this if I manage to get it working. Any help or experience would be helpful
