HELP! Constant “debugger message: panic” and crashes

I have a 2020 13” MB Pro (Ventura 13.4.1) that keeps experiencing third party kernel panic and will only stay on for 3-5 minutes before crashing again. Been doing this over a week now. Haven’t downloaded any new software recently and I’m unsure what program might be causing this. I recently was organizing/trying to optimize HD space. I reformatted my external HD to do so & now my external has no Time Machine backups. 🤦‍♀️ Low storage isn’t an issue; Storage says I have 105GB free. Every thread or article I’ve found about this issue suggests different fixes but I’m scared to try a lot of them until I can get my HD backed up. Local repair shop said they could fix it but would wipe the disk. Right before it crashes, Activity Monitor says CPU is being taken up by mds/mds_stores/mdworker_shared. Anyone have any ideas?
