Hey everyone. Someone is pretending to be me on Instagram and using my full names and following blogs from my city that post sick evil stuff about people, someone just has to dm information and it’ll be posted on the blog, they also follow 55 other accounts. I’m very private on socials, I have never posted my full name.
I’m trying to figure out who the person is, seems like someone close to me. I dmed them and they just ignored and continued to ruin my reputation. Is there anyone that can assist maybe? I have someone in mind so maybe to check if the IPs match, and the number/email used for the account. I did then forgot password thing on Instagram and the person I had in mind’s number is matching with the fake account. I’m looking to sue them so I don’t want to accuse anyone without being sure of who is behind the account. Instagram has not gotten back to me as i reported the account, and also this is taking a toll on my mental health.
