Genuinely stuck, I need help.

For many years, I’ve been attempting to create an OpenCore MacOS installer for my machine. No matter what version of MacOS I use as my recovery image, no matter how many times I repeat Dortania's OpenCore Install Guide, no matter how many times I try to use resources from similar systems, I absolutely cannot get into the MacOS installer, and past the OpenCore bootloader.

I’ve always assumed that my failure was due to my own ignorance, and I have never once reached out to a community or forum for help. I have tried, tried, and tried again, and I’ve come to the conclusion that I cannot find out the answer alone. I’m absolutely exhausted, and I’ve trouble shot every single Kext, .EFI, SSDT, .AML, and .plist file I can get my hands on.

My host machine is an HP EliteDesk 800 G3 Mini, using an Intel Core i7 6700t Skylake LGA1151 Processor, with 32gb of RAM. My USB is a Type C Kingston 256gb (R/W ~200MB/s), configured via Rufus. My destination drive is an external 256gb SATA SSD, as my main NVME hosts my install of Windows. I’m confident in my BIOS settings, and I’m using the latest BIOS firmware provided from the manufacturer.

I will add a Google Drive link that includes every resource from my USB, including my latest boot log, and an image of the verbose boot screen my machine gets stuck on. I’ve removed BaseSystem.chunklist and BaseSystem.dmg to conserve Google Drive space.

Thank you so much for your time, I will appreciate any advice.
