Freezing at LOG:EXITBS:START

I'm at wits end trying to figure this out.

Put together an upgraded hackintosh (build from 2015 died - mobo)
Build:
Motherboard: Gigabyte z490 UD AC
CPU: Intel Core i5-10600KF (no onboard gpu)
GPU: GIGABYTE RX AMD Radeon 6600
RAM: Crucial Pro RAM 32GB
Storage: PNY CS900 500GB 3D NAND
Bootloader: Opencore 0.9.9/0.9.8
