External monitor only works in 480p

Hi all,

I'm running MacOS Sonoma on my Dell Latititude 7400, with Intel UHD 620. When trying to connect my external Philips Monitor (241E1), I cannot get an image when resolution is set to 1920*1080 on Mac's settings. When set to 720p, I get image for around 5 seconds and then it goes black. When set to 480p, it stays on and works like a charm.

In all cases, the monitor is detected and being "used", I just get a black screen on my external monitor.
