Hello, Google has yielded little about the issue. I am trying to run either 10 or 11 on my 2012 Mac Mini as a secondary to OSX. Sadly it seems to be an issue with EFI I am unfamiliar with and the solution I see is erase the whole drive and I just got it running nicely with OpenCore and rather not start again.
