Does 4GB RAM harm the SSD with Sonoma?

Hello oclp-community, I am currently an owner of a MacBook Air 2014 with a 128GB SSD and 4GB RAM. The performance is more than good enough for my purposes. YouTube, Office 365, GoodNotes and more can all run at the same time. I am currently running MacOS 13 Ventura on it and wanted to know if MacOS 14 Sonoma would harm the SSD more than Ventura because of the heavier usage of Swap files on the SSD. Greetings from Germany :)
