Dell Precision T3600 help OC

I am trying to install Monterey on a Dell Precision T3600 using OpenCore.

The specs are Intel Xeon E5-2690 (sandy bridge) 32gb ram Sapphire AMD RX 480 Nitro+ OC

There is one monitor connected via DVI-D and one via hdmi

The motherboard has a weird UEFI setup, there is no secure boot, no option to disable CSM, no option for above 4G decoding. You can select UEFI or Legacy boot however that makes no difference. Boot options I’ve got

-v keepsyms=1 npci=0x2000 npci=0x3000 -amddvi

I’ve tried -amdvesa and -x both options don’t launch the installer GUI

I have setup a USB following the guides for SandyBridge-EP. I am having to boot the USB in legacy mode. Attempting a UEFI boot, when you select the dmg in opencore, there is a garbled line at the top of the screen and the computer reboots instantly.

The installer boots, however after a while of verbose messages on the main monitor the screens go blank, and then the monitor connected via hdmi turns black.

Is there anyway to get the log of the verbose boot saved? That way I could check for any whatevergreen debug info.

Has anyone got any suggestions?
