Couldn’t alloc class AppleIntelPchSeriesAHCI

I originally installed big sur on my pc Then i tried to downgrade and accidentally erased the drive with the os

Now im trying to install it back but getting thus error?

I format everything back to what it was originally so every is the exact same as when i installed it the first time

So why is it not working now
