Constant write to disk by "transparencyd"

I am running Sonoma on my thinkpad T480. A process named "transparencyd" contantly writes to disk and overheats cpu to 80-90 degrees celcius. When i kill the process cpu is back to 45-50 degrees and nothing no longer constantly writes to disk. But after some time that process comes back and heats the system and kills ssd health by constantly writing. Help me please.
