Can't install updates

Hi all,

I have a Hack running Sonoma 14.0. I hadn't used it for a while but today I fired it up and went to check if there were updates. It told me there wasn't which I knew wasn't right.

Tried the store and it offered 14.3. Downloaded it and it just comes up with an error.

I presume this is something I have done in the EFI to prevent updates being available. Anything anyone can think of?
