Brightness keys

I’m trying to figure it out how to activate brightness keys, I already tried ACPIDebug.kext, ACPIKeyboard.kext, DSDT-debug (from rehabman tutorial), PS2K methods, none of this seems to work, nothing happens in system.log or log via terminal. I already know what _Qxx code my machine has, but I want to know the hex code that triggers the brightness keys, I’m using macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra. Is there anyway to find out the information using Linux ?
