BlueToolFixup is confusing

I'm trying to make a Sonoma usb, got to the BlueToolFixup and now I don't get which files I need and which I don't. Going step by step though the github page I need

1. BrcmPatchRAM3.kext
2. BrcmFirmwareData.kext
3. BrcmBluetoothInjector.kext (because BrcmPatchRAM3 needs it)
4. BrcmNonPatchRAM2.kext
5. BlueToolFixup.kext (for macOS 12 or newer, but "do not use it with BrcmBluetoothInjector for macOS 12 or newer)

So there's a conflict between 3 and 5, but what do I do then? Not install 5? But it is required. Not install 3? But doesn't it break 1? Not install it either then? Please help.
