Before getting a windows pc to dual boot, can you help me answer this?

So am now trying to swap my 11th gen intel iris xe laptop to get another laptop that might be able to dual boot macOS but finding a laptop with the listed amd here is kind of hard

https://dortania.github.io/GPU-Buyers-Guide/modern-gpus/amd-gpu.html#native-amd-gpus

So i want to ask will it be okay to get a system with supported intel HD/UHD from dortania with dedicated graphics card or any type and will i be able to dual boot it since the intel is supported

Since the only reason am trying to dual boot macOS on windows is just to program iOS applications and then go back to my windows to do my normal stuff

What will the performance be like (am using 16gb ram and MVMe SSD), also since my work uses wifi, can i be able to connect the wifi to the macOS?

And will switching between the two OS create an issue on the dedicated graphics card since i might be using it to game a bit after some stress.

Thanks.

Note: Please don't say get a new mac mini or mac. i like my windows
