Any suggestions on why my install stopped

AMI, is my asus z790 motherboard, intel is the i3-13100, and AMD has to be the GPU. I checked the guide on troubleshooting and it said to try two boot args related to whatever green which I added but it still stops here at least I assume it's stuck
