AMD Radeon R9 on OCLP MacBook Pro 15” mid-2015

I updated my MacBook mid-2015 15” 2.8ghz laptop to Ventura using OCLP, and it seems to be working fine apart from not recognising the AMD Radeon R9 graphics card, it just says intel iris. Is there a way to use the AMD Radeon R9 graphics card with Ventura? Many thanks
