I'm a total newbie at this and I totally messed up updating from OPC from Monterey to Ventura. I updated without USB and was stuck in an infinite loop. Luckily I still had my USB and to be honest I don't even know how I recovered this but suddenly I got it to boot again.
Now I'm really glad I got it booting again but I'm a bit afraid to update the bootloader, let alone taking out the USB atm.
If anyone could advise me if it's safe to update the bootloader and to build and install opencore again to the internal drive to boot without USB that would be awesome.
I am pretty sure I'm booting on internal drive atm though, at restart I hold the option key and choose the internal EFI, not the USB EFI. Just a bit afraid to mess something up again atm.
Thanks in advance!
