I’m just curious if someone can make modern NVIDIA GPUs like RTX4090 work on macOS platform, hackintosh more specifically, how many people would buy the driver? Now that apple is giving up x86 macOS, it seems to be not worthy to do such a thing. AMD GPUs are supported currently, which makes NVIDIA on macOS more unnecessary. I have these thoughts recently. After some investigations, I think building a GL/MTL supported driver is possible, but just not worthy.
