Troubleshooting: losing bluetooth, when changing SMBIOS from iMac19,1 to iMacPro1,1

I have a really stable 8th Gen Intel Hackintosh build, iMac19,1, in a PowerMac G5 Case, running macOS Ventura 13.6.4. One of my last issues to figure out is when it goes to sleep: the fans occasionally spin up full speed for a second, then back down to zero RPM.

Doing some research, it seems the Integrated GPU of my CPU, may be related to why it seems to wake up the fans briefly. And that changing my SMBIOS to either iMacPro1,1, or a MacPro of some kind, may help resolve this as they fully rely on the Discrete Graphics card)

That ^ did actually solve the sleeping issue, but no matter what I've tried I cannot for the life of me get bluetooth to turn on when using an iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS.

Does anyone have insight to bluetooth with an issue like this?

And I'll also mention a side quest if you feel inclined:
AMD Adrenalin software also shows that Resizable Bar is unavailable, yet HWINFO64 and BIOS settings say that Resizable Bar is enabled and supported (in Windows, for starters). Any ideas on how to enable this in AMD settings too?

Here's my specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 8600K
GPU: Sapphire Pulse Nitro+ RX580, 8GB
RAM: (Corsair) 32 GB DDR4, 3200 MHz, C16
Motherboard Model: Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X rev 1.1
Audio Codec: Realtek® ALC892 codec
Ethernet Card: Intel I219-V
Wifi/BT Card: Broadcom4360NG
BIOS revision: F10, latest
