Hi, I hope you're doing well (to every person reading this). I'm encountering an issue with my Hackintosh installation. Every time I attempt to boot into the installation media, my PC displays some information on the screen and then restarts. Even with all the BIOS settings set to default, I noticed several EFI folders from users with the same CPU (E5 2670 V3) in different forums. They mentioned using default BIOS settings. I watched a YouTube video with the same CPU and BIOS, tried using those EFI folders, but the issue persists — the PC restarts after a few seconds.
Here are my specifications:
Motherboard: Zsus X99-P4 - the link is https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805636831140.html?gatewayAdapt=esp2usa4itemAdapt
CPU: Intel E5 2670 V3
RAM: 32GB DDR4
GPU: AMD RX 5700 XT
I've followed Dortania's guide thoroughly, disabling CSM support made a difference, but the PC got stuck at:
22:955 00:022 AAPL: #[EB|LOG:DT] 2024-01-10T15:50:31
23:067 00:112 AAPL: #[EB|LOG:EXITBS:START] 2024-01-10T15:50:31
I've tried every suggested solution in Dortania's guide for [EB:LOG:EXITBS:START] https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/troubleshooting/extended/kernel-issues.html.
Explored various forums, and none have worked. When this issue occurs, my mouse and keyboard turn off, and I have to restart the computer using the button on the case. 😢
I've attempted disabling Bit, VT-d, HT, Secure boot, experimented with different versions of OpenCore and MacOS, adjusted header 4G, Xcpm configs, and added USBTool and USBMapping (even creating my own). Unfortunately, nothing has worked — I consistently experience a restart after choosing the installation media or recovery DMG (CSM OFF) or get stuck at [EB:LOG:EXITBS:START] (CSM Disabled).
Please help; I'm becoming frustrated as I see Chinese motherboards on YouTube and forums working perfectly with similar specs, while mine doesn't. I've recreated my EFI folder using Dortania's guide approximately six times.
I've scrutinized my config.plist with online tools to identify any issues, but they consistently report that the config is correct.
This is the current state of my EFI folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1nL0MEqdlrtTJHgd1DNNq7q67yBVPBEXz?usp=sharing
Thanks if you took the time reading this I appreciate it.
