Last year, I began to notice that some applications on two my Macs began to take much longer to launch, and this started after some Ventura updates. Standard programs like Safari, Notes and all the others launch instantly, but third-party programs like Affinity Designer, Blender, MS Office launch in half a minute or so. This never happened to me on Monterey, and at first everything was fine on Ventura too. This only happens after a reboot, that is, after a fresh start, all applications take a long time to launch, but if you then close and open them, they launch much faster, as was before. The system itself and all these applications also work quickly and responsively, the only problem is with the launch speed.
My systems are a hack with an i5 10600 + 32GB RAM + 512GB SSD and a M1 Max 16" laptop, both on Ventura 13.6.3. It has gotten to the point that even Firefox, which I use as a standard browser, sometimes starts in only 3 jumps in the dock on my current Macs. Although my old MBP 15" from 2012 launches it in just 2 jumps. I updated it to Monterey via OpenCore Legacy Patcher.
