Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus Sonoma issues?

I recently updated a few bits in advance of upgrading my system from Mojave.

Firstly I upgaded my system drive to a Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus which worked great under Mojave and initially great under Sonama.

However after a couple of weeks i suddenly started experiencing crashes and ultimately a bootloop.

Before the bootloop started I managed to copy the error report and am attaching this here.
