MacOS Ventura keeps crashing and loading randomly.

I recently activated iGpu for my macOS, but it keeps crashing and the pointer keeps loading.

for example, I'm typing text, and out of nowhere the application crashes and the pointer loads for about 5 seconds, or even longer.

This is very annoying and I haven't found many people who have had the same problem as me.

My Specs

—Ryzen 5 5600

—Gigabyte B550m

—SSD SATA 240gb

—32GB Ram ddr4 3200mhz

—Gtx 1650 (not active on mac)

—APU with 2gb of dedicated VRAM
