MacOS 11 not booting

So I am trying to hackintosh but when I select to boot from the usb drive it says it is looking for an OS or something like that.(Note that i am using a prebuilt EFI because making my one would result in a fail, but I'm going to try to change it to fit the hardware of my laptop more later.)

Here is my hardware specifications:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.70 GHz

1st GPU: Intel® HD Graphics 620 (I think but may be wrong.)

2nd GPU: Unknown Ryzen one (I'll Focus on getting this one to work after installing MacOS Big sur)
