Mac Mini 2014 completely stuck after update

Hi,
I recently bought a mac mini from 2014 that had Sonoma 14.2 installed through the opencore legacy patcher. It worked surpisingly well given how old it was, however, after about a week my desktop background went completely white and I wasn't able to screenshare through any app. I tried everything to fix it and eventually tried installing the latest version of the OCLP. I don't really have any experience with working with it so I just pressed all possible update buttons. After it restarted to apply the changes, I've been stuck on the login screen with the progress bar at about a third of the way there. I've never worked on a mac before, let alone OCLP so I'm pretty lost and all videos online are really hard to follow. Also I get a black screen when I try and boot it into recovery mode. I don't have any important data on the mac so any solution that gets the computer running again (preferably with sonoma) works for me. Can you give me any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
