Mac App Store - can't connect

I'm on MacBook Pro (9,2) with Sonoma 14.1. The installation process went really smooth with OpenCore Patcher and all worked fine... Until recently, when Mac App Store suddenly stopped working. I can't login to my iCloud account nor can I use App Store at all. The error message from App Store is very succinct as it just says 'Cannot connect' and 'sth went wrong'. I've already tried resetting SMC and NVRAM as well as running post-install root patch from OCLP but nothing helped.

Is it just me having this issue or maybe Apple is doing sth to prevent OCLP upgrades?
