So, I used a premade EFI (that was being updated, it had a version for OpenCore 0.9.1) and I kind of regret it because now things are going wrong and I don't know what is going on to cause these issues, I would've made an EFI myself, but all of my attempts at doing so failed. Miserably. Over and over again. Days. So, I am using macOS Monterey with a Lenovo Thinkpad X260 and it's having issues with the internet and randomly kernel panicking. It will just cut off from the internet and the network settings displays no network adapters, despite the network menu in the menu bar showing the network I'm "connected to" and many others. It will also just restart randomly with no warning, and I think it's a kernel panic due to the fact that when it reboots it gives me that "Your computer restarted because of a problem" screen. And I'm 99% sure that only happens with a kernel panic.
