Is an Intel I5-6600K powerful enough to run the latest version of Mac OS without a graphics card?

I have a GTX 900 series GPU so i can only run High Sierra (10.13) if i use that. Would a I5-6600K be powerful enough to run the latest version with the integrated graphics?
