Intel UHD 630 stuck with 7mb VRAM on Dell Optiplex 7050 MT(i5-7500) 16GB 2133mhz DDR4

Hey guys I recently started working on a Hackintosh build of a Dell Optiplex 7050 with the following configuration

CPU: i5-7500

RAM: 16GB (2X 8GB) DDR 2400MHZ corsair vengeance

GPU: Intel UHD 630 1536MB vram (Device-ID: 0x5912)

SSD: 240gb WD Green NVMe + 250gb SATA SSD (Lexar)

I have attached my config file, I have modified my bios DVMT using grub to be 64M, I have used the preset kabylake 0x59120000 graphics configuration, this adds device_type = "VGA compatible controller" it then causes a boot issue, (my pc does not have a VGA slot), it has two DP and one HDMI slots, I have tried using the HDMI AND DP port both gives me 7mb vram I have tried multiple fixes but none seems to work, can someone help me with this problem, I have also tried the frame buffer patching as per the OpenCore guide and a few online source, it didn't make any difference, I have done CFG unlock, I have also tried changing the SMBIOS, no clue how to get the graphics running

I am adding the link to my config.plist here incase If anyone needs it
config.plist

thank you guys!
