Would running MacOS Monterey as a primary development workstation a viable option?
Currently I am running Mac OS Monterey on the intel nuc 5i5ryh it runs quite smooth with some tweaking everything works including the igpu ,wifi, Bluetooth, All usb ports, dp port, mini hdmi and acceleration for the igpu. The build is quite stable and hasn't crashed on me yet.

Ram: 16gb DDR3L 1333
Intel® HD Graphics 6000

Since Macos Monterey is the lowest version of MacOS to support Xcode. Monterey looks pretty clean my main desktop and laptops don't support hackintosh being all AMD or having unsupported dGPUs. The intel nuc is my last option needed Xcode for app development.
