Pre-installation Steps

1. Gather Necessary Files:

   • As per iATKOS terms, we cannot provide direct download links to iATKOS projects or macOS installation files.
   • Visit the official iATKOS website or trusted Hackintosh communities to acquire the necessary files.

2. Create a Bootable USB:

   • Use a program like balenaEtcher or TransMac on a Windows PC to create a bootable USB drive with the iATKOS or macOS image.

3. BIOS Configuration:

   • Access your BIOS settings by pressing a specific key during boot (often F2 or Del).
   • Disable secure boot, enable AHCI, and set the USB drive as the first boot device.

Installation Process

1. Boot From USB:

   • Insert the bootable USB into your Lenovo G50-45.
   • Boot from the USB drive and select the iATKOS or macOS installer.

2. Disk Preparation:

   • Use Disk Utility to format the drive where you want to install macOS. Choose APFS or Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as the format.
