Grey screen after successful verbose.

GPU: RX 580 8gb

Motherboard: 0GY6Y8 (series 7)

Optiplex 7010 tower

After successfully booting verbose, no errors, it smoothly transitions into the background of the recovery. After mashing some keys, some voice started speaking telling me to choose a language.

I think the recovery is active, but not displaying.
