external display problem

So my laptop resolution is 1366 x 768 and i have this UHD TV 3840x2160, but when i connect it to my laptop the screen is unusable(picture below) I have tried Device properties in the config using

AAPL,ig-platform-id 03006601 works but the screen unusable

Then i tried using

AAPL,ig-platform-id 04006601 my screen blank just black internal and external after boot logo

Anyone know how to fix this? Pls help
